1. General

The English version of these Terms is the binding text for the legal relationship; other language versions are for information and convenience, and in case of any discrepancy the English version prevails.

3. Your Member Account

The following provisions govern account creation, management and related activities on the Website.

  • 3.1 Registration and opening of your Member Account

  • 3.1.5 You will choose a username and password and are solely responsible for keeping login details secure; 99ab is not liable for losses arising from disclosure or misuse due to your actions; you must notify 99ab if any device used to access the account is lost or stolen and the account will be blocked until further notice.
  • 3.1.6 You may not transfer funds from your account to other players or receive funds from other players or transfer or acquire other user accounts.
  • 3.1.7 99ab reserves the right to refuse or close a Member Account at its sole discretion.
  • 3.1.8 99ab may declare a wager void or partially void if there is an obvious error in the pay table, odds or software.
  • 3.1.9 99ab may verify payment cards by card authorization in an amount of 1 EUR or its local equivalent for a term of one to three business days; the amount is subsequently returned to the cardholder.
  • 3.1.10 99ab may cancel winnings and suspend the account if identity verification documents cannot be provided upon request.
  • 3.2 Deposits into your Member Account
  • 3.2.1 If you wish to open another account you must contact the Customer Support team; opening a new account will result in the closure of the existing one; you may also request closure of the existing account through support.
