In case of language discrepancies, the English version governs. Bets accepted by the sportsbook are binding once confirmed in the betslip, subject to these Rules. Content presented within the sportsbook, including data and commentary, is for information purposes only and does not constitute investment or betting advice. Automated systems, robots or scraping tools are prohibited and may result in cancellation of related bets. Use of multiple or third-party accounts to access the sportsbook is prohibited and may void bets. Market availability and offerings are subject to jurisdictional restrictions. The sportsbook relies on reputable data sources to determine outcomes; where sources are not disclosed, they may be provided upon request. Login credentials are personal and must not be shared. The operator may require ongoing verification and monitoring to prevent underage play or prohibited conduct.
Placing a Stake and Bet Acceptance
All Stakes and Bets are subject to these Betting Rules and applicable law. A Bet is valid only when explicitly confirmed as accepted in the betslip. The operator retains sole discretion to accept or reject any Bet. In the event of a palpable error in event details or odds, the operator may cancel or amend the Bet. The End User may review Bet history in the account area to confirm status and acceptance.
Bet Types and Combinations
Common Bet types include the following. Each Bet type is defined by its own settlement and eligibility conditions as described below.
- Single — a Bet on a single market outcome. If correct, the payout equals the Stake multiplied by the Odds.
- Combo / Accumulator — a Bet on multiple independent outcomes. All selections must win for the Bet to succeed; payout equals Stake times the combined Odds.
- System — a set of combinations derived from a fixed list of selections. The Stake remains the same for each combination; winnings are calculated as the Stake multiplied by the total Odds for the winning combinations.
- Multi-Bet Formats — additional bundled formats such as Trixie, Patent, Yankee, Canadian, Heinz, Super Heinz, and Goliath represent specific structured combinations. Each format has defined numbers of selections and corresponding total Odds; winnings equal Stake multiplied by total Odds of the respective format.
- Bet Builder — a Bet on multiple Markets within the same Event. All included Markets must be predicted correctly to win. Availability varies by sport and market; terms may restrict use in certain jurisdictions or events, and the operator may modify or withdraw this feature at any time.
- Cash Out — an optional offer to settle a Bet before the final result. The End User may accept or reject the offer. Cash Out terms, rates, and availability are at the operator’s discretion and may change without notice; Cash Out can apply to pre-match and live Bets and may be withdrawn at any time.
- Early Payout — an optional settlement feature that may mark a Bet as a winner before the final result if predefined conditions are met. Availability is at the sole discretion of the operator and may vary by Event and Market. When included in a multi-Bet, only the outcomes meeting the Early Payout conditions are settled early; other components remain open until final settlement.
Settlement and Payouts
Bets are settled based on the official result of the Event or Market at the conclusion of the applicable regulation or as otherwise stated in the Market Rules. In most sports, the standard settlement uses the official result at the end of the normal playing time plus any stated injury time, unless specified otherwise in the market description. If an event is not completed or is officially halted, the operator may void or settle Bets in accordance with the applicable Market Rules. If a match is postponed or abandoned and not resumed within 48 hours from the original start time, unsettled bets on that Event may be voided and stakes refunded. If the Event resumes within 48 hours, bets may remain valid and settled according to the resumed result and time-of-play rules. The operator reserves the right to void bets due to fraud, manipulation, or other illicit activity, or for palpable errors in odds or event details. The maximum period between settlement of a Betslip and any potential re-settlement is 30 days.
Market Rules and Event Cancellations
The operator may cancel or void Bets if there is a change in venue, significant alterations to the event format, or other material changes that affect the outcome. In the event of postponement, Bets remain eligible if the Event is resumed within 48 hours; otherwise, unsettled Bets may be voided and stakes refunded. Markets linked to a team or participant's eligibility, qualification prospects, or similar conditions may be voided if the event is not completed as originally scheduled. The operator may void all Bets for an event in cases of suspected fraud, regulatory concerns, or technical error. If a market is affected by a decision from the governing body that determines the outcome after the Bet was placed, settlement will follow the official ruling if the ruling is communicated before the final decision of the Event.
Outrights and Play-or-Pay
Outright markets (season-long or tournament-long) are generally subject to a Play-or-Pay rule. Bets on participants who are unable to take part in the competition will stand and be settled as losses for standard Market outcomes, except where otherwise stated. Head-to-head (H2H) markets exclude Play-or-Pay effects; if any listed participant is unable to participate, H2H markets involving that participant are voided. If a replacement is drawn from the same team, team-based markets may stand, while individual markets associated with the participant may be voided. Similar principles apply to markets dependent on a participant’s or team’s individual performance.
Disputes, Changes, and Compliance
The operator reserves the right to amend these Betting Rules, market listings, and odds. In case of inconsistencies, the English language version governs. Palpable errors in odds or market terms may lead to cancellation or correction of Bets. The operator may suspend or cancel bets to protect against harmful customer behavior, technical faults, or irregular activity. Data sources used to determine outcomes will be disclosed upon request, where feasible. All activities are subject to applicable laws and licensing requirements; the operator will cooperate with relevant regulatory bodies as necessary. In the event of a conflict between these Rules and specific Market Rules, the latter prevail for the corresponding market.
Responsible Gaming and Data Security
Participation is restricted to adults, and the operator promotes responsible gaming practices. Customers may set limits or take breaks in accordance with the platform’s tools. Personal data are safeguarded under applicable data protection laws, and the operator maintains appropriate security measures to protect accounts and transactions. Users should promptly report any suspicious activity or security concerns.
